By booking or purchasing services from F1rst Detailing LLC, DBA First Detailing ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions regarding our mobile detailing services and any applicable discounts. Please read carefully.
1. Services Provided
- Our mobile detailing service includes exterior and interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and other related services as described on our website or promotional materials.
- Specific services, packages, or add-ons may be subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or adjust service offerings at our discretion.
2. Booking and Payment
- Discounted services must be booked and paid for within the promotional period to qualify for the discount.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations are not authorized and can only be rescheduled.
- In the case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may need to reschedule your appointment. You will be notified of any changes in advance.
- If First Detailing cancels your appointment you will be issued a refund in the event of a double booking.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure that their vehicle is accessible and in a suitable location for detailing.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any special requests or areas of concern (e.g., allergies, pet hair, etc.) prior to the appointment.
- Mobile Detailing teams do need access to power and or water on specific occasions.

- We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or through direct contact, and will become effective immediately upon posting.
